What is easyOffice?

We believe cost conscious start up businesses and entrepreneurs are not well served by the current industry offerings. Our offices will provide low cost, fully flexible, no frills office space with booking periods being from as little as two week in length and you can stay as long as you like. We also offer you the ability to move to a bigger or small office by giving as little as seven days notice. This puts you in full control of your business.

Stelios, the serial entrepreneur and the founder of the easyGroup.

How do I make a booking?

All bookings are made through our website at www.easyOffice.co.uk

Can I use the office space 24hrs a day?

Yes. All of our buildings offer 24 hours access via a electronic keycard.

What is the booking period?

Office spaces are charged on a per room basis for each 7 day period from 10am Wednesdays - 5pm Tuesdays.

The minimum length of each individual booking is for two weeks, the maximum is for 26 weeks. Subsequent bookings can be made to continue in your space.

Is there a maximum period I can rent an office?

You can book an office for up to 26 weeks in one booking but you can continue to rebook your office as far into the future as you would like. Most of our clients consider the office space is for a long term period but they have absolute flexibility of when they rebook their office to accommodate their cash flow.

Can I rent an office space for less than two weeks?

As well as office space we also offer meeting rooms which (subject to availability) can be setup in the style of an office. These can be booked for as little a half day(4 hours). Please check out meeting room page for the locations which offer this service.

What's included in the price?

Use of the office for the period booked, with no additional charges in respect of business rates, property service charges, cleaning, supplied furniture or for gas, water and electricity.

What's not included in the price?

Use of fixed line telephony is not included. It is envisaged our customers will take full advantage of independent commercially available mobile solutions in this regard.

I need telephone and internet, do you provide these services?

Yes, We have partnered with a telephone and internet supplier at each location and these services can be tailor made to your needs. More information can be found here.

What other extra costs might there be?

There are no other hidden costs. If additional services are required and/or provided the price of these will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. We take a refundable deposit for the keycard used to enter the building, this will be taken on your arrival day.

I'm not an office client of easyOffice but can I hire a meeting room?

Yes. Our meeting rooms are avialable to all. They are furnish with a boardroom table, chairs and come with a fixed line internet connection at no extra charge. They can be book for half or full day.
