1. Will easyGroup finance projects for easyOffice growth?
Whilst we are happy to share our experiences of converting your space to an easyOffice - we plan to grow by franchising, not by acting as project financers.
2. Does easyGroup require a feasibility study/business plan for each project?
Using the easyOffice financial models we will assist in any feasibility plan.
3. How long is a typical franchise agreement?
Agreement is for 10 years, and is then renewable.
4. Why take a franchise, why not stay an independent operator?
A franchise gives you the benefit of running your own business, but also gives you the advantages of Brand recognition, Brand marketing, A reservations system, and the option of tapping into a far greater resource than you would have yourself.
5. Why an easyOffice instead of another franchise?
Good question - an easyOffice franchise is not for everyone - it is a new concept. Our research has shown an ongoing demand for no frills, affordable office space. We do not know of any other operator supplying the easyOffice concept.
6. How big a space makes an easyOffice?
This can vary but a good guide would be a minimum of 7/8,000 sq feet.
7. How much will I have to pay?
An upfront payment of £25k plus ongoing royalty based on total sales. We will be very happy to run various financial models for you to calculate your working capital and return on your investment. Operating costs vary site to site, we are happy to discuss this with you.
8. What experience do I require?
You already have the business acumen, the office space and a passion to succeed. We will bring the brand, marketing expertise and a shared commitment to make your business an ongoing success and an attractive investment.
