FACILITIES AND SERVICES

1. In consideration of the payment by the Customer of the fees to easyOffice through the online booking at www.easyOffice.co.uk for the dates and services booked and confirmed, easyOffice permits the Customer to share with easyOffice the use of the Accommodation as set out here and subject to these terms.

2. easyOffice agrees to provide or procure the provision at the Accommodation of furnished office(s) for the dates booked.

3. The Licence Fee is inclusive of rates, service charges, building management, building insurances (but excluding the Customer
